Semiconductor equipment & FABs
Spare parts, tool support, installation logistics. Three decades of service to fab-critical supply chains.
One unscheduled hour of line-down at a chip fab can cost a million dollars. A late battery shipment can stop an EV assembly plant. RK Logistics is the integrated 3PL+ operator that the most demanding manufacturers in North America trust to make sure that hour never happens — origin port to dock door to field engineer, one accountable team.
Most 3PLs sell components. RK is built as a stack — four operating layers that snap together so customers don't have to manage four vendors, four contracts, and four sets of metrics.
One contract. One set of metrics. One accountable operator.
RK delivers end-to-end supply chain services configured to each customer's manufacturing rhythm — not as isolated line items but as one continuous flow from inbound dock to the line.
Just-in-time and just-in-sequence delivery of components to the production line, synchronized with the customer's manufacturing cadence. Parts sequencing, inventory management, and order optimization.
Explore servicePurpose-designed facilities for commercial and industrial inventory: multi-level racking, bins, bulk flow, and optimized site layouts. Secured, insured, and handled by dedicated RK teams.
Explore serviceKitting, packing, crating, light assembly, labeling, and shipping services performed on-site by trained operators to eliminate touches and reduce lead time.
Explore serviceU.S. Government-authorized FTZ for secured storage, duty deferral, and chain-of-custody handling of imported materials and components. Compliance handled end-to-end.
Explore serviceRetail and wholesale order fulfillment from warehoused inventory in client-branded packaging. eCommerce integration with major platforms. Client ERP systems integrated with RK's WMS.
Explore serviceDedicated facilities and personnel supporting field technicians: spare-parts inventory, time-critical order management, specialized crating, and on-campus white-glove delivery into customer facilities.
Explore serviceProduct recovery, restocking, light repair, spares return and redeployment. Chain-of-custody recovery and certified scrapping of equipment containing intellectual property.
Explore serviceDedicated equipment for fragile, high-value, and oversize freight. Hazardous-materials management. Time-critical and white-glove delivery assignments deployed as extensions of the customer's operation.
Explore serviceA core RK practice for three decades — dedicated service-parts operations for capital equipment customers: precision inventory positioning, time-critical order management, white-glove delivery to field engineers and customer sites worldwide.

Every RK engagement starts with deep customer discovery and ends with measurable operational metrics. Between them, a repeatable methodology refined over three decades of high-stakes industrial work.
We map your production rhythm, supplier base, and existing pain points with the leaders closest to the floor. No templates.
A purpose-built operating plan — facility layout, systems integration, SOPs, staffing model — customized to your BOM and cadence.
Structured go-live with paired training and parallel-operations safety nets so your production line never feels the handoff.
Daily operational cadence with transparent metrics, variance reporting, and a dedicated account leadership team. Continuous improvement built in.
As your volume and complexity grow, we expand capacity, geography, and capability in lock-step — without the operational friction that usually comes with change.
RK's customers operate at the intersection of exacting tolerances, high asset values, and strict regulatory oversight. We built our operations to match.
Spare parts, tool support, installation logistics. Three decades of service to fab-critical supply chains.
High-value component logistics and line-side delivery for electric and connected vehicle programs.
EV battery storage and handling since 2014. Hazmat, regulatory compliance, and secure chain-of-custody.
Complex BOMs, calibrated equipment, and the zero-fault tolerance that this category demands.
High-value server, storage, and networking gear — white-glove staging, rack-ready kitting, and scheduled deployment logistics for data-center build-outs.
Client-branded fulfillment, warehouse replenishment, and eCommerce order handling across major platforms.
The RK Innovation Center applies AI, automation, and integrated supply chain technology to every customer program — so customers get real-time inbound visibility, predictive exception management, and continuous operational intelligence alongside our purpose-designed 3PL+ services.
We don't sell square feet. We sell the uptime of the production line we protect.
Customer names are confidential. The work, the methodology, and the measurable outcomes are not. Six anonymized case studies from active RK programs across the verticals we serve.
Purpose-built inbound visibility plus FTZ handling for a high-growth EV program scaling U.S. assembly capacity.
A multi-facility, dedicated service-parts program supporting one of the world's largest semiconductor capital equipment companies, sustained for over three decades.
Dedicated hazmat-certified facility storing large-format EV cells and sequencing line-side to the customer's production cadence — a capability RK has run since 2014.
At 3:14 AM Pacific, an inbound container at the Port of Long Beach showed a 27-hour dwell against a 6-hour expectation. The Control Tower flagged it. By 3:19 AM, our exception agent had a replacement carrier dispatched and the container moving. By 11:00 AM, the components were on the dock at our Pinal County, AZ inbound hub. The assembly plant never noticed. The customer's morning stand-up was about other things.

“They're the only operator we trust to run inbound on a brand-new vehicle program. We don't have to manage them — they manage the program.”
“Thirty-five years and we've never had to put a service-parts program out to bid. The math just keeps working.”
“The Control Tower is the first 3PL system we've used where the dashboard is actually current. Sixty-second visibility is real.”
We don't hide our commercial stance. RK structures pricing three ways and we tell customers up front which one we'd recommend for their program shape.
For dedicated managed programs. Operating cost passes through transparently with a margin layer that's negotiated, not hidden.
Per-pallet, per-order, or per-shipment economics for high-volume fulfillment and freight programs. Predictable for procurement.
Tied to OTIF, line-down hours avoided, or inventory accuracy. Aligns RK's incentives with the customer's operational scorecard.
Standard new-program stand-up runs eight to twelve weeks from signed scope to first live shipment, depending on facility build-out. Customers run alongside their incumbent operator in parallel until we hit OTIF and accuracy targets. Discover → Design → Stand-up → Run — the same disciplined sequence on every program.
Yes — EDI, API, and flat-file integrations are standard. We've integrated with every major enterprise ERP, leading WMS platforms, and the freight forwarding TMS used in nine-figure programs. Our Innovation Center owns the integration layer so a customer's IT team isn't carrying it.
For dedicated programs, we operate open-book. Customers see the labor model, capacity model, and cost build. For per-unit programs, the published rate sheet is the rate. We don't run hidden surcharges.
Honestly: in 35 years of running mission-critical programs, we've owned exceptions — missed scans, supplier delays, weather events. Our Inbound Control Tower is the system we built specifically because exceptions happen. Every program has a documented escalation path, an executive sponsor, and an after-action review for any high-severity event. Customers get the post-mortem the same week.
RK holds ISO 9001, operates AS9100 and IATF 16949 scope at relevant facilities, is C-TPAT certified, an authorized FTZ operator, and Hazmat / DOT certified. CMMC alignment is in progress. Procurement teams should have everything they need for a standard supplier qualification packet on a 24-hour turn.

When a production line cannot go down, we are the supply chain behind it.
